The following Adult Disclaimer must be signed & dated by all players on the date of your paintball game.

We have included it here in case you have any reservations about what the game involves and the site rules that we adhere to at all times.

PARENTAL CONSENT FORM & RENTAL AGREEMENT
Paintball is a sport for sport minded people.

The penalties for breaching safety regulations are simple

You will be disqualified from the games and probably the site without refund.

Safety Rules
Learn and abide by the rules as set out below.

1. Ensure you listen to and take note of the safety brief given

2. Always follow the instructions of the Marshals and abide by their decisions.

3. Never fire anything other than the Paintballs provided.

4. Your goggles must be worn at all times once you leave the safety zone. GOGGLES ARE NEVER TO BE REMOVED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER ON THE GAME FIELD OR FIRING RANGE.

5. Paint guns are NOT allowed in the Safe Zone. When not on the Game Field guns must remain on the racks provided. GUNS MUST NEVER ENTER THE SAFE ZONE FOR ANY REASON.

6. No Physical contact is permitted.

7. Do NOT shoot your guns at anyone not involved in the game.

8. Do NOT drink alcohol whilst on the game site. Do NOT smoke outside the Safe Zone.

9. Do NOT fire your gun once you leave the game field.

10. Do NOT leave the game fields during play. Stay within the defined boundaries.

11. Do NOT shoot at persons closer than 20ft.

12. Do NOT deliberately aim at the head or face.

13. No knives or weapons of any description are allowed on site.

14. No pyrotechnical devices are permitted other than those supplied by National Paintball Games.

15. Please respect the countryside and wildlife.

16. No climbing trees.

17. Paintballs that are purchased on site only will be permitted.

18. Whistle will be used in an emergency.

19. No shooting the marshals

I as the Legal Guardian of the above junior confirm that all parties have read and understand all the rules as stated on this form and hereby give my consent to the following:

I the undersigned understand that I have read and agree to play the game entirely at my own risk and recognise that there are hazards such as fallen trees, rabbit holes and other natural hazards and that the Paint pellets fired can bruise and break the skin.

I confirm that I believe myself to be physically fit and able to participate in the game and recognise that the game may require a high level of exertion. I shall at all times conform to the Safety Rules as set out above and any further instructions or additional rules laid out by the staff.

I agree that all equipment hired to me will be returned at the end of the event. Any damaged or missing equipment may incur a charge.

I confirm that I am over 12 years of age and have read and fully understand the terms of this document.
